Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a white paper or guide, subscribe to updates, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, approximate export sales volume, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to include in a message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive financial records, tax returns, or Social Security numbers through this website. If you become a client of an Alliance member firm, that firm will provide a secure method for exchanging sensitive documents and will handle that information under its own engagement terms and privacy practices.

How We Share Your Information
With Alliance member firms. The IC-DISC Alliance exists to connect exporters with qualified IC-DISC specialists. If you contact us or request information, we may share your inquiry with one or more Alliance member firms, including Export Advisors and WTP Advisors, so they can follow up with you. Those firms handle your information under their own privacy practices.
With service providers. We use third-party vendors to operate this website and our marketing, including website hosting and form processing, email marketing and delivery, analytics, podcast hosting, and scheduling tools. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function.
When required by law. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our clients or the public.
In a business transfer. If our business is merged, acquired, or restructured, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Cookies and Tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site working properly, and measure traffic and site performance. Our website platform and analytics providers may set their own cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there's no common industry standard for responding to those signals, we don't currently respond to them.
Email Communications
If you download a guide or submit a form, you may receive follow-up emails from us or from an Alliance member firm. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email Info@IC-DISC.com and ask to be removed. We may still send you transactional messages, such as delivering something you specifically requested.
Data Retention
We keep the information we collect for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll do so unless we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or recordkeeping reasons.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
Request access to the personal information we hold about you

Request that we delete your information
